Evidence of good attendance and timekeeping from school, college or the workplace is necessary, as is one of the following:

  • Four National 4s including Maths and English
  • Successful completion of the School College Partnership course Skills for Work: Construction Craft (Fife schools only) plus two National 4s in English and Maths
  • Certificate: Construction Futures
  • Successful completion of an engineering course at SCQF Level 4
  • National Certificate: Built Environment SCQF Level 6
  • National Certificate: Mechanical Engineering (including SWAP Access to Engineering) SCQF Level 6
  • Modern Apprenticeships in plumbing
  • Modern Apprenticeships in electrical installation
  • Employment within the building services industry
