Thanks to studying in the community I have just started an NC Computing and Digital Media course at the College’s Stenton Campus in Glenrothes. Long term I hope to go on to university to study web design or computer games design.
“It has been hard at times to juggle being a mum to my 5 year old son James along with studying but I feel it is important to be a good role model and keep up-to-date with the latest skills so I can improve my job opportunities.”
Kay Hamilton, Lecturer and Programme Leader for Supported Programmes in the Community said: “The College has worked in partnership with Fife Council since 1999 as part of the Central Fife Training Partnership with the aim of increasing the confidence of learners who do not feel ready for mainstream College courses and for some to support them in the search for employment.
