Pre Employment Retail

SCQF Level 4

This course covers everything from looking after customers to job seeking activities and work experience with a local retailer. It is also a great way to get back into studying if you haven’t done anything for a while. The course will give you the opportunity to develop your skills in the workplace and to learn more about working in a Retail environment.

Entry Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this course.

You must also possess Communication, Numeracy and Information Technology at National 3 or Access 3 Level. Previous work or life experience will

be considered but the ability to perform at National 3/Access 3 Level in the areas above is required.
