This course is ideal for those wanting a fast track to professional cookery. It is a practical course that will teach and develop your skills for working in the professional kitchen and hospitality industry. You will be cooking in our professional kitchens and helping to serve food in our Bistro/Café to our valued customers.

Duration and Attendance

Full time – 18 weeks.

Entry Requirements

Any one of the following:

  • 3 National 4/5 awards preferably to include hospitality or standard grade equivalent.
  • NQ Introduction to Hospitality
  • Mature entrants will be considered on an individual basis
  • Relevant work experience
