Specialized Security - Administrators - Specialized Security are a large-scale security company and require administrators to help look after their staff.  The role would include working onsite at some of the most prestigious events and venues throughout the UK & Ireland, such as Radio 1 Biggest Weekend, Download Festival, Longitude Festival, Reading Festival, Electric Picnic Festival, BBC Proms in the Park, Edinburgh's Festival Fireworks and many more. 

Key duties would include;

  • Checking in staff on arrival at an event, collecting personal information and adding it to our database of staff flagging up any missing information.
  • Distribute wristbands and uniform attaching the individual number for the wristband and uniform to the employees personnel file.
  • Receiving employee valuables and medication, logging the items and put in safe store.  
  • Deal with any staff issues, being the first port of call when staff come with a problem or query.
  • Keeping logs of any items of uniform sold, any staffing issues including staff coming off shift and overtime.
  • Signing Radio and equipment in and out, keeping a detailed log of who has the radio and where their position is.
  • Give support to employees.
  • Once the event is coming to an end receive all uniform and equipment back, if any items are missing making notes accordingly.

All transport, meals and accommodation are provided at all our events with on the job training. All the hours the candidate work is paid 4-weekly into their bank account using our sage payroll system.

Elder Abuse Recovery Project: have had funding confirmed for an exciting new Elder Abuse Recovery Project which we are going to be piloting in Fife. This will involve matching volunteers (anyone aged over 18) with an older person who has been abused to help them to regain confidence and control of their lives. Full training will be provided on skills such as Wellness Recovery, understanding older peoples’ needs, managing emotions and facilitating empowerment.
