"I started at Fife College straight from school. I've always liked cooking and got on well with it at school, so I thought I'd give it a bash at college.

"I've found studying at the College really enjoyable. Its a great atmosphere and I'm getting on well with all the staff and students.

"After I've finished this year, I'm keen to come back and keep learning and progressing. My favourite part of the course has been the service elements. But, then again, I've also enjoyed the front of house aspects which I hadn't had the chance to experience before starting at college.

"I would recommend the course wholeheartedly, but it is hard work and you need to be willing to put the work in to get the most out of it. Its really rewarding when you do."
