This course offers a variety of prospective career paths, most notably a future in the legal industry, but also access to professions such as management, finance, and business.

This course will provide you with basic knowledge of Scots law which will equip you for employment where knowledge of law and legal procedures are relevant.

  • Advanced Certificate: Business Enterprise (with Administration, Accounting or Legal Services) to include 12 SQA units at SCQF Level 5 or above, including one at SCQF Level 7.
  • Advanced Certificate: Tourism, Events and Business (to include 12 SQA units at SCQF Level 6 or above).
  • Relevant work-experience can also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • HND: Legal Services SCQF Level 8
  • LLB at Scottish Universities (subject to achieving institutional entry requirements)
