Hospitality is a fast paced and dynamic industry which needs leaders for the future. This vocational course focuses on management and supervisory skills and theories that you will be able to put into practice during the course. The course uses a mixture of practical and theory classes and is a great way to learn. Work placement is a key part of the course.

  • Direct entry into year 2 (HND) requires the full, successful completion of HNC Hospitality Operations with 15 SQA credits.
