COURSE INFORMATION

On this course you’ll gain a large amount of practical experience in electrical engineering in our well-equipped and modern facilities. You will be introduced to the fundamental areas of electrical principles, wiring, testing, and measurement while also covering hand skills required in electrical engineering.

The skills that will be developed during this course will help the candidate to achieve employment within the Electrical Engineering industry.

  • Three National 4s which must include Maths, English, and a Technology or Science-based subject
  • Certificate: Introduction to Engineering and Technology EAL Level 1

  • National Certificates: Electrical Engineering and Engineering Systems SCQF Level 6
  • Wind Turbine Maintenance (Technical Knowledge) SCQF Level 6
  • National Certificate: Mechanical Engineering SCQF Level 6
