COURSE INFORMATION

Do you enjoy cooking? Would you like to develop your skills in professional cookery? Would you like to learn how to cook like a professional chef? This course will give you the skills and understanding of professional cookery at entry level. You will produce a range of foods that can be sold in our College Bistro.

This course is ideal for school pupils who enjoy cooking and want to develop their skills and knowledge in professional cooking. The course teaches practical professional cookery, pastry and food hygiene.
