COURSE INFORMATION

This is a varied course in electrical engineering, mostly consisting of academic study with some practical work using simulation software. It provides you with a blend of learning which can lead to job opportunities within large and small companies alike, in industries such as the oil and gas sector, renewable energy industry, power companies and aeronautics.

The Core Skills of ICT, numeracy and communication will be developed and certificated on this course.

One of the following:
  • Three National 5s which must include Maths, English, and a Technology or Science-based subject.
  • Certificate: National Certificate: Electrical Engineering SCQF Level 5 Group-A.
