COURSE INFORMATION

The aim of this two day course is to enable you to deliver effective training. You will deliver your own short training session which will enable you to work through the Training Cycle and examine the specific activities associated with each stage, as well as your own knowledge and skills base. When the programme finishes you will have a clear idea as to where you need to develop your training skills further and a plan for achieving your aims.

The course is designed to allow delegates to:
