Do you want to be part of something incredible?

Our Youth Theatre classes are run by a team of experienced, passionate, and qualified facilitators and assistants. We offer a range of fun and creative classes to suit three age groups, 4-7, 8-11 and 12-18. Available in Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline and Glenrothes. These classes are designed to build confidence and develop new skills and there there is no testing or exams.

Studio 38 offers these classes for free with no competitive audition.

At the end of the year we invite parents and family to the 'end of year show' and help celebrate the accomplishments of our members.

So, what should you expect? 

  • Imaginative play and discovery
  • Skills development through fun and games
  • Devised Performance
  • To develop new skills including verbal and non-verbal communication, teamwork and problem solving 
  • Build confidence in self and performance, story-telling and creativity

The Youth Theatre classes run all year during college term-time only.

There are 3 age-specific classes at the following Locations and members are welcome to enrol in one of the available classes below
Monday evenings in St. Brycedale Campus Kirkcaldy.
Tuesday evenings in Media Space Halbeath Campus Dunfermline.
Thursday evenings in Media Space Halbeath Campus Dunfermline.
Friday evenings in Rothes Halls Glenrothes
  • Youth Theatre 1 for young people aged 4-7 17:00 to 17:45
  • Youth Theatre 2 for young people aged 8-11 17:45 to 19:00
  • Youth Theatre 3 for young people age 12-18 19:00 to 20:30
 
We warmly welcome returning members and new-starts alike. (Many of our members return year after year!) 
There is no application process and you can join at any point throughout the year although places fill fast!
Whether new to Youth Theatre or a returning member, young people should be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian who can complete the enrolment form which will be required to be completed on the first attendance.
