COURSE INFORMATION

Are you interested in a career in aesthetics, do you care about fabulous skin, do you want to fast-track your learning? Come and join this new and exciting short course. It's the first in Scotland!

You will learn the importance of excellent client care, skin analysis and skin treatments. You will develop knowledge of anatomy and physiology to better understand the structure and function of the human body, so you can confidently apply a range of health, beauty and aesthetic treatments. You will learn electrical science for beauty electrical treatments. This is a practical course, you will be working on classmates and the general public. There are online theory assessments and practical assessments throughout the course.

  1. The course runs from February to June
  2. You will be in College between 2 to 2.5 days per week
  3. You will have to be self-motivated to study and practise, in addition to the time spent in College

  1. You must be 17 years old or over to join this course
  2. You must have National 5 English and a science subject at National 5
  3. Applicants with Beauty Industry experience will be considered depending on experience
  4. NVQ Diploma: Beauty Therapy VTCT Level 2 Learners will undertake a skills test at interview to determine suitability for the course
  • VTCT Level 4 Advanced Beauty Therapy (Skin Rejuvenation and Permanent Hair Removal)
