So you're getting ready to join us and are wondering what you need to do to prepare? Don't worry, we have pulled together some information for you on all the things you need to do and know before you start your course with us. 

Once you have accepted your unconditional offer, it is important that you enrol for your course and create your Student account. 

After you enrol, we will then be able to send you lots of other information about your course and make sure you are added to the class lists to receive information from your lecturer.

You will also need to upload a photo. Make sure this is taken against a blank background and clearly shows your face, similar to a passport photo.  

Enrolment can be done online and a link will have been sent to you by email. If you would rather enrol by phone, or did not receive your enrolment email, contact our Customer Services Team on or by calling 03442480115


Each of our courses have a cost against them, known as a course fee. It is important that you complete your funding application so that you receive funds to cover the cost of your course. You may also be entitled to additional financial support to cover things such as childcare and living costs. 

Your online funding application form will be sent to you by email. You can also access your form by logging in to your Student Portal.

Timetables have been uploaded to the Student Portal so you should now be able to access these. 

Most of our classes will be delivered online in the first semester so please make sure you know whether you will be taught online, or if you are to come to campus. Your timetable is colour coded to help you with this. Blue means your class is on campus, and orange means your class is online.

Online classes will be delivered on Microsoft Teams so it is a good idea to take some time to familiarise yourself with the system. We have produced guides to getting online which include some demos.
