Looking after your mental health

Starting a new College course is an exciting time, but it can also be an anxious time for many. These feelings are normal and it’s important that we acknowledge them and remind each other to look after our physical and mental health.

As most students will be learning from home in the new semester, we wanted to provide you with some useful tips and resources to help you settle in to online learning, and some resources that can help you to take a break and look after yourself physically as well as mentally.
