Dawn Clark

Manager Employability and Partnerships and Chair of Corporate Parenting

I have worked in the college for almost 20 years and I have had the opportunity to cover a variety of roles including Employment and Enterprise Programme Tutor, School College Partnership Co-ordinator and Lead Advisor in Inclusion.  Throughout my career in the college my focus and ambition has been to support students to achieve employment in their desired career sector, regardless of where their journey has started.

The Employability and Partnerships Managers role involves leading the college Employability Team and service, ensuring career development of students is an integral part of college life.  Working in collaboration with a wide range of employers and partners my vision is for students to realise their full potential, prepared for a dynamic and competitive recruitment market.  This developed partnership will ensure our employability service is; effective, professional and respected throughout Fife.  Supporting students at college and successfully securing employment within their career of choice is rewarding and inspiring.

As Chair of the College Corporate Parenting Board, I am committed to ensuring Care Experienced young people are supported throughout their educational journey and have the opportunity to progress and succeed in their ambitions and goals.

In Fife College we have the opportunity to help others change their lives.  Education can lead you to your dream career and we know how to get you there!
