The Student Portal gives you easy access to all online student services including iLearn, iPortfolio, Office 365, Library Services and Google.

How to Access

You can access your Student Portal whether you are using a college pc or your own device. The instructions below provide advice on how you can access it wherever you are.

1. Accessing the Portal from a Fife College PC

If you are accessing the Portal from a Fife College PC, log on to your student account and open an Internet Explorer browser session. Now click on the icon ‘student portal’.

If you use a browser other than Internet Explorer you will be asked to supply your username and password for your student account. Please note the format of the username is STUDENT followed by \ then your student id number (with no spaces). e.g. STUDENT\1234567.

2. Accessing the Portal from another device which isn't a Fife College PC

When you first log in from an external device you will be asked to supply your username and password for your student account. Please note the format of the username is STUDENT followed by \ then your student id number (with no spaces) e.g. STUDENT\1234567.

  • Your student funding payments and schedules

  • Your attendance

  • You current timetable

  • Your address and contact details
