This qualification consists of a combination of units from: Health and Safety practices Foundation Skills Personal Social Development (PSD) Mechanical - covering various types of vehicles from Light, Heavy and Motorcycle Electrical Cycle Maintenance- additional unit group This Generic route for Transport Maintenance allows learners to have the flexibility to develop their knowledge and skills across a variety of specialist areas to prepare them for further studies and potentially enter into a job role they desire. Progression Completion of this Certificate Qualification will support the learners progression onto Foundation Learning (Level 1) or High (Level 2) Diploma.

Who is this course for?

This engaging and motivating Vocationally Related Qualification (VRQ) is generally aimed at learners 14-19 years old, who have a keen interest to learn about the maintenance of various types of transport and the job roles that are available within the sector.
