Our lunch menu is produced by our Level 5 students, who prepare over 35 dishes across five rotating menus, offering a fresh experience each week. Led by our Chef Lecturer, students work across starter, main course and dessert sections.
Our Level 5 Bakery students deliver the front-of-house service, completing the full dining experience.

New to Thursday nights at Dunfermline, our Level 6 Professional Cookery students take on the role of Head Chef, creating and delivering an exciting new menu each week.
On the last Thursday of each month, enjoy our popular Theme Nights which will be advertised separately.
Meanwhile, our Level 5 Events and Hospitality students provide a unique experience, with wines and cocktails in our now fully licensed restaurant.
