COURSE INFORMATION

On this course you will gain detailed knowledge of the critical challenges and current thinking in business and, in particular, the challenges of decision making and of managing people effectively in large and complex organisations. You will also develop your skills in managing both your own performance and that of others.This degree course is delivered at Fife College in partnership with Abertay University and you will graduate with a degree awarded by Abertay University.

  • You will further develop your understanding of the internal operations and management of organisations as well as gaining skills and knowledge that helps shape the leadership. 
  • You will continue to develop your analytical skills and problem solving skills whilst using both theoretical and real life situations. 
  • You will enhance your presentation and communication skills whilst working both independently and collaboratively.
  • One year full-time.

  • HND: Business SCQF Level 8
  • HND: Administration and Information Technology SCQF 8 with A in the graded unit report (Project)
  • HND: Events Management SCQF Level 8 (Must include unit Business Culture and Strategy)
  • BA (Hons): Business Management SCQF Level 10.
  • Other qualifications, for example postgraduate certificate in teaching.
  • Roles within the various functions of a business such as marketing or human resource management.
  • Other qualifications, for example postgraduate certificate in teaching.
