"Kingdom Housing has been working with Fife College for over 20 Years.
"Working with Fife College on the MA aids and benefits Kingdom Housing Association by providing training and skills to be working in the construction and Building Maintenance industry.
"It allows our business to grow with the knowledge that we have we have professional and well trained staff to look after our homes, tenants and clients alike.
"It also provides us with the ability to employ and give opportunities of work to our local community."
"We've worked with Fife College now for over 6 years.
"Currently, I have 8 apprentices in the joinery department.
"One of the main benefits of working with the College is that the students learn additional aspects of joinery which they do not come across on a daily basis while building units in the factory.
"This helps enhance their skills and increase their confidence. It is also beneficially receiving feedback from the college tutors on how the students are getting on with both the practical and theory."
