New Flexible Workforce Development Fund (New FWDF)
The New FWDF provides funding for eligible employers to support training that meets business needs and helps employees develop the skills they need to progress.
Funding can support relevant training that:

- - Supports career progression and increased earning potential
- - Helps address skills gaps within your organisation
- - Responds to changing business or industry needs
- - Provides employees with new qualifications or recognised skills
Training should be relevant to your business needs and can include short, employment-focused courses.

| Who can receive funded training? | Eligible workers, including parents and carers with an individual income below £33,000 and a child under 18 living at home |

| Employer requirement | Employers must be implementing Fair Work practices or committed to working towards them |
