Introduction to Trauma Informed Organisations

Trauma Informed Practice is an approach that recognises the widespread impact of trauma and responds by creating organisational cultures, policies and practices that promote safety, empowerment and trust, and avoid re traumatisation for staff, customers and communities.This half day course is the starting point for you to learn how to identify the great Trauma Informed practice which you and your team are already delivering, and its impacts, how to quantify & replicate this, and how to identify and mitigate organisational barriers to supporting recovery for those affected by trauma.
