Hi, my name is Kyle. I'm currently studying at Dunfermline campus, doing an Advanced Certificate in Professional Cookery. I've been working as a chef as well, so it's been a good experience so far.
I've learned a lot of things on this course. I've learned how to handle different meats and different cuts and how to cook them. It's been very enjoyable.
I was recommended by my lecturers to be part of the Chef Ambassadors Programme. I've learned loads and it's been a great experience. We went to Murrayfield Stadium recently and served for the chef board there. It was an amazing experience.
My plan is to hopefully be a head chef by the time l am 30 years old. I'm hoping to be a sous chef by 24, and just learn as much as I can.
I'd highly recommend Fife College. It's been great so far.
