Congratulations to Olayinka on successfully achieving her Modern Apprenticeship in Clinical Healthcare Support (SCQF Level 7) through the strong partnership between Fife College and NHS Fife.
Olayinka's journey is a fantastic example of how apprenticeships can help people build confidence, develop valuable skills and create opportunities for career progression. Throughout her apprenticeship, she enhanced her knowledge and understanding of clinical healthcare while growing in confidence within her role.
Following the successful completion of her apprenticeship, Olayinka has taken on increased responsibilities within her role and has secured a place on the HNC Endorsed Nursing Route, which she will begin in August. Her achievement highlights how apprenticeships can open doors to further learning and rewarding careers in healthcare.
Reflecting on her apprenticeship, Olayinka said:
"I had a very positive experience during the course. The tutors were lovely, approachable and helpful. Yvonne Bayne, Sharon, Eileen, Liva, Ciara and Liz were really amazing and very supportive. The apprenticeship has enhanced my confidence and understanding in my role."
