COURSE INFORMATION

During this Skill Up course you will study four projects throughout the year. The project themes include Employability, Business Planning, Travel & Tourism, and Food & Drink. You will improve your key skills including communication, working with others, problem solving and digital. You will have plenty of opportunities to develop practical skills and creative thinking. We will be working with industry partners such Aramark, Jet 2 and various hospitality and food and drink operators in the local area.

  • Three National 3 units
  • Relevant industry experience and/or other qualifications will be considered on an individual basis
  • Intermediate Certificate Travel and Tourism
  • NC Business, Enterprise and Admin
  • Satisfactory personal statement
  • You may be required to take part in an informal conversation as part of the application process.
